Here is the background on why we have this blog. Christopher and William were 9 years old in Aug 2009 when they were kidnapped to Singapore by their mother Yu Xin Mei WANG. www.bringthetwinshome.com and Ko Brothers Forum at www.bringseanhome.org
After an 18 month legal process, the father was able to bring the boys home to the US on March 15, 2011. The mother was wanted by Interpol for kidnapping. In April 2011, there was a second attempt to kidnap the boys. The boys were found at the home of Ruby Chan, the mother's friend, by San Marino, CA Police.
The mother was arrested and convicted of felony kidnapping. She was ordered by Judge Scott M. Gordon of the Los Angeles Superior Court into counseling on July 20, 2011. Without any input from Dr. Susan Ralston, Minor's Counsel Deborah Manning of Glendora CA requested email access for the mother so she can communicate with the children. On November 18, 2011, again without any input or evidence that the mother is still in counseling, Judge Gordon ordered "monitored visitation" for the mother.
Quality Time Visitation was referred by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as a possible monitor.
On Dec20, 2011, a very specific Court Order was issued that specified Quality Time as the physical location for the visits and Ms. Connie Thomas as the monitor. The next day, Ms. Thomas took it upon herself to change the specifics of the court order and substituted a Lupe Gomez as the monitor.
